This program will have a 30 minute practice before games. Games will consist of 30 minute continuous play. Practice and games will take place at Prairie Elementary on Tuesdays; for boys and girls 2nd - 3rd Grade.

Participants will be divided up into teams each week and will have skills practice first followed by scrimmage. All participants will get equal playing time, while having fun. Teams will be divided into grade groups. Program meets on Sundays at Prairie Elementary.
September 9th - October 7th

Kids will practice before their games and learn the important fundamentals of volleyball. The teams will also practice once per week. Practices will be conducted by the YMCA staff and take place at the YMCA. Games will be played on Saturdays. Open to Boys and Girls grades 2nd - 6th.
September 20th - November 3rd
2nd & 3rd Grades practice Thursdays 5:00pm - 5:45pm
4th -6th Grades practice Thursdays 5:45pm -6:30pm
Games on Saturdays, beginning at 9:00am
The sport of Powerlifting is based on three activities; the Squat, the Bench Press and the Dead Lift. Weightlifting group members will train on these and other exercises and movements to develop full body strength. The main concern for these lifters is to learn proper technique while building strength. All participants will work with coaches and individual programs. Participants under 14 must have completed or be enrolled in the Active Teens Program prior to participating. Payment options are available, speak with Cory Greenway.
