The Worthington Area YMCA runs a satellite POWER program. Started in 2015 by Health & Fitness Director Cory Greenway, the POWER program has helped over 200 kids in 4 years work towards athletic improvement. The POWER program is developed under an umbrella of proven scientific principles through the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) & USA Weightlifting.
Training sessions are offered individually, in pairs, small groups and teams. No matter the size, the programs are designed around your needs, goals and requests.
